1) Homeroom Teacher – Apply Here
Responsibilities:
The Homeroom Teacher will be responsible for teaching and learning for their dedicated class, building strong relationships with students and families, and contributing to the wider life of the school community.
2) Librarian
Responsibilities:
As the founding Librarian at Rushmore, you will do far more than manage books, you will lead a culture of literacy, curiosity, and imagination across the entire school community.
You’ll develop and manage a vibrant library space that serves as a central hub for learning, while also leading whole-school literacy initiatives, fostering a love of reading, and promoting digital and information literacy. From organizing reading competitions and author visits to collaborating with staff on research skills and inquiry projects, your impact will reach every corner of the school.
3) School Receptionist
Responsibilities:
The Receptionist will assist staff, students, parents, and visitors, and contribute to establishing smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
4) Learning and Teaching Assistant (LTA)
Responsibilities:
As a Learning and Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the Homeroom Teacher to provide academic, emotional, and behavioral support to students, contributing to an engaging, inclusive, and well-managed classroom. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, collaborative, and eager to make a positive impact in the lives of young learners.
