Job Position – Lifeguard

Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety of guests in and around the swimming pool.
Monitor pool activities and identify potential safety risks.
Respond quickly to emergencies and provide first aid/CPR when required.
Enforce pool safety rules and regulations.
Check pool area, equipment, and safety facilities regularly.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the pool area.
Assist guests with pool-related queries and provide excellent customer service.
Report accidents, incidents, and maintenance issues to the supervisor.
Follow all hotel safety and emergency procedures.
Requirements:
Previous lifeguard experience, preferably in a hotel/resort or swimming pool.
Valid Lifeguard and CPR/First Aid certification.
Good swimming skills and strong observation ability.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
