Job Position – Safety Officer
Company Name – Vgetter
An experienced for a Bag Filter Installation Project at a Cement Plant.
This is a site-focused HSE role involving continuous supervision of high-risk construction and installation activities across day and night shifts.
Salary :AED 3,000–4,000 per month
Experience :Minimum 5 years in HSE
Industry : Cement Plant / Heavy Industry / Construction Projects
Certification : NEBOSH IGC required
Additional Certification: IOSH Managing Safely
Language : English required; Hindi or Arabic will be an advantage
We are specifically looking for someone with practical experience managing safety around:
-Work at height
-Scaffolding
-Heavy lifting and crane operations
-Confined spaces
-Hot work
-LOTOTO / energy isolation
-Electrical activities
-Excavation
-Mobile equipment
-Mechanical installation
-Structural steel erection
-Night-shift operations
The role will involve *Permit to Work monitoring, Critical Control Management, risk assessments, workplace inspections, toolbox talks, incident investigations and contractor safety management.
Candidates should have experience in cement plants, heavy industry, power plants, oil & gas, shutdowns or major construction / equipment installation projects.
A Civil or Structural Engineering degree will be an advantage.
