Job Position – Sales Admin Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Sales Admin Coordinator will provide essential administrative support to our sales team. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and team player, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
·        Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and handling correspondence.
·        Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
·        Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the system.
·        Assist in the preparation of sales reports and performance metrics.
·        Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for the sales team.
·        Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
·        Support the sales team with lead generation and follow-up activities.
·        Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
·        Assist with the organization and execution of sales events and trade shows.

Qualifications:
·        High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
·        At least 2 – 5 years of proven experience in an administrative or sales support role preferably in water bottling company or FMCG.
·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
·        Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
·        Strong organizational and time management skills.
·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·        Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
·        Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
·        Holder of Qatar driving license
·        Arabic Speaker
·        Can join immediately
