About the job
The Sales Administrator provides clerical support to the sales team, performing a number of duties focusing on customer satisfaction and coordinating sales team activities. This includes tracking reports, filing invoices, forwarding e-mails, and coordinating and following up with customers as well as help making sales.
Functional responsibilities include:
- Coordinate all secretarial and administrative tasks
- Design, set up and maintain a comprehensive but easy to use archiving and filing system
- Communicate with customers on progress of orders, supply and delivery
- Organize accommodation and travel arrangements
- Assist with stock taking
To be considered, you must have the following:
- 4-5 years of experience in a senior secretarial or administrative role, preferably reporting to a number of expatriates
- Demonstrate a track record in developing, organizing and implementing administrative procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to plan and diarize multiple schedules and prioritize their work priorities and communicate with senior management
- Good communication and presentation skills in English
