Job Position – Sales and Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to attract new clients and expand business within existing accounts.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new leads and business opportunities in key markets.
• Establish, maintain, and grow strong relationships with current and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and presentations to closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Regularly report on sales progress, forecasts, and insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably within the technology, energy, or hospitality industries.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills, focused on client needs and long-term success.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
• A valid UAE driving license is required.
Preferences:
• Knowledge of the technology or engineering sector is a plus.
• Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience in negotiating complex contracts and deals.
• Proven track record in managing large, high-value client accounts.
• Knowledge of local market dynamics and regulations in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
• Willingness to travel across the UAE/Saudi Arabia region as needed.
