Responsibilities:

• Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.

• Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.

• Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote services on constant basis.

• Meeting or exceeding sales goals.

• Generating leads.

• Understanding and promoting company’s services.

• Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.

• Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.

• Keep an eye for incoming tenders and to note down tender due date, project start and end date, tender submission instructions/requirement and mode of submission;

• Monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing and preparation of outgoing submissions;

• Ensure tender submissions are standardized in terms of format, font, logo, etc. and in line with customer’s tender requirements.

• Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in both English and Arabic

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.

• Experience in sales.

• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.

• A commitment to excellent customer service.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

• Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.

• Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
