Job Position – Sales Coordinator
Company Name – Sparemate
Location: Dubai
Salary: 3000/- AED
Nationality: Open to all
Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Language: English & Hindi (Malayalam preferred but not necessary)
Core Responsibilities
1. Coordinate with customers and marketing head sales and software.
2. Prepare and follow up on quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders.
3. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing accurate information on products, pricing, and availability.
4. Maintain customer databases and ensure all records are up to date.
5. Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
6. Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation for management.
7. Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirement, Key Skills & Competencies;
2–3 years of UAE-based accounting experience
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Proficient in ERP systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Effective in cross-department coordination
