Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate daily sales operations and ensure smooth communication between internal teams and clients
– Prepare sales quotes, track orders, and follow up on customer inquiries
– Maintain and update product and customer databases
– Collaborate with the sales team to manage stock levels and delivery schedules.
What We’re Looking For:
– Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role
– Strong knowledge of hardware and timber products (essential)
– Familiarity with SAP Business One is a strong advantage
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
