Job Position – Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with daily operations, including preparing proposals, contracts, and sales reports.
Process and track customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up.
Communicate with clients regarding order status, inquiries, and product availability.
Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., production, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Support the sales team with scheduling meetings, handling client correspondence, and organizing promotional activities.
Prepare and distribute sales performance reports to management.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
-1-3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
