Requirements
– Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
– Minimum 5 years of experience in steel construction contracting
– Professional engineering qualification preferred
– Valid UAE driver’s license is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
– Promote and market the company’s steel structure construction solutions.
– Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and construction companies.
– Understand client project requirements and recommend suitable steel structure solutions.
– Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals.
– Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
– Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
– Proven experience in sales within the steel structures, fabrication, or construction industry.
– Strong knowledge of steel structures, fabrication processes, and construction practices.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
– Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about business development.
