Job Position – Sales Engineer

Office Location: Jebel Ali, Dubai
Working Hours:
-Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
-Saturday: Half day
Salary: Based on candidate experience

Key Responsibilities:
– Sales & Business Development
– Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fire fighting systems market
– Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders
– Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively
– Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical consultations
– Technical Expertise & Solutions
– Provide expert guidance on fire alarm systems, sprinklers, suppression systems, and fire extinguishers
– Understand customer requirements and propose tailored fire protection solutions
– Ensure solutions comply with NFPA, EN, and local fire safety regulations
– Customer Support & Project Coordination
– Provide pre-sales technical support and post-sales follow-up
– Coordinate with internal teams (project managers, engineers) to ensure smooth execution and delivery
– Market Insights & Reporting
– Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies
– Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
Candidate Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Fire Safety or related field)
Experience:
Minimum 2+ years as a Sales Engineer / Business Development Engineer
Experience in fire protection or fire safety industry (mandatory)
Skills & Competencies:
– Strong knowledge of fire fighting systems and safety standards
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
– Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to clients
– Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
– Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
Additional Requirements:
Valid UAE driving license
Willingness to travel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
