Job Position – Area Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and developers
– Drive sales of building materials and achieve monthly and annual sales targets
– Identify new business opportunities and provide strategic input for market expansion
– Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management
– Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events
– Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge
– Provide excellent customer service and technical support to clients
Requirements:
– Proven experience in sales, preferably in the building materials or construction sector
– Strong network with key industry stakeholders
– Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
– Ability to work independently and achieve targets under pressure
– Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Salary & Benefits:
SAR 18,000 – 22,000 per month
