Job Description
The Sales representative will be responsible for generating leads and converting them into sales, promoting our company’s services, building long-term customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads through *detailing to potential prospects *, cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques
Meet with potential clients to showcase our company’s services and offerings
Understand clients’ requirements and suggest appropriate IT and digital marketing solutions.
Negotiate and close deals with clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Achieve sales targets set by the company.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Collaborate with the technical team to provide clients with the best possible solutions.
*Remain up to date* with the industry trends, competition, and new product developments.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to the management team.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience in the IT development and digital marketing industry *is preferable*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to understand clients’ requirements and suggest appropriate solutions.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
