Job Position – Sales Executive

The successful candidate will support senior sales team members in managing client accounts, developing new project leads, and coordinating quotations and follow-ups for ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in identifying and approaching potential clients and consultants.
– Support in preparing and submitting quotations and proposals.
– Follow up on offers and coordinate feedback.
– Maintain and update CRM records.
– Organize product samples and ensure timely delivery.
– Coordinate with internal departments for smooth project execution.
– Attend project meetings or site visits with senior executives.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
– 1–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience.
– Strong communication and negotiation skills.
– Proficient in MS Office and basic sales tools.
– Team player with a willingness to learn.
– Handle inquiries and assist sales managers and directors.
– Ensure compliance with internal and client documentation standards.
– Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. – Strong attention to detail. – Excellent coordination and communication skills. – Familiarity with UAE documentation standards is a plus
