Job Position – Sales Executive
Company Name – Desert Group
If you have 5–10 years of experience in fertilizer or chemical products and strong connections within UAE farms, nurseries, or government sectors, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Duties and Responsibilitiest:
– Achieve growth and sales targets set by the line manager
– Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business
– Prepare and represent sales proposals on behalf of the company
– Generate revenue by identifying various sales opportunities, networking and introduction of new
clients
– Expand the business reach to newer markets in UAE
– Provide market feedback and improvement plans to the management
Skills Required:
– Passion for sales, good team player, and driven to exceed limits.
– Minimum 5-10 years related experience selling fertilizers / chemical products
– Strong contacts with Agriculture farms, Nurseries, Retailers, and government entities in UAE
– Bachelor’s degree in agriculture/ Horticulture from a recognized and accredited University
preferred.
– UAE driver’s license mandatory
– Proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written) is a must
