Location: Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai
Experience:
Experience from automobile industry
Min of 2-year experience in same field
UAE experience is an added advantage
Arabic speaking is a must
Qualification:
Graduate in any field
Knowledge & Skills:
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule appointments
Sending Quotation
Preparing Daily Sales Report
Making receipt vouchers
Preparing Monthly Report
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Others:
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
