Job Position – Sales Manager – ELV

Key Responsibilities
– Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities in ELV systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Structured
Cabling, AV Systems, BMS, and Integrated Security Solutions.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users.
– Prepare technical and commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
– Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
– Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure successful project execution and customer
satisfaction.
– Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
Requirements
– 5+ years of sales experience in ELV systems within the UAE market.
– Strong network of clients, consultants, and contractors in the region.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– UAE driving license preferred.
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Education – Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
