Job Position – Sales & Office Administrator

Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
– Create & update sales invoices & product pricing sheets for account managers
– Liaise between clients & corporate for payments, logistics, banking & after?sales
– Maintain statement of accounts & manage A/R reconciliation
– Identify sales improvement opportunities & maximize fulfillment
– Serve as **Office Manager** – coordinate executive calendars, meetings, travel, expenses
– Handle all administrative duties as directed by senior management
– Facilitate internal/external meetings, agendas, follow?ups
– Prepare expense reports & support special projects
Ideal Candidate:
– Experience in sales admin, office management or executive support
– Strong organizational, multitasking & communication skills
– Proficient in MS Office, invoicing & account reconciliation
– Proactive, detail?oriented & professional
– UAE experience preferred
