Job Position – Sales Reservation Executive

Job Description:
Looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Reservations Executive to join this team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing reservation requests from all B2B markets, ensuring smooth booking processes, delivering outstanding client service, and handling sales reservations with efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
– Handle hotel, transfer, and tour bookings.
– Exceptional Client Service.
– Work with hotels and suppliers to confirm bookings and ensure availability.
– Deliver swift and accurate responses to all client requests, ensuring satisfaction.
– Engage with agents through email, WhatsApp, and phone calls, maintaining clear and effective communication.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or experience in tourism, hospitality, or customer service.
– Minimum 2 years of experience in flight ticketing and visa handling.
– Proficiency in CRM is a must.
– UAE-based candidates preferred.
– Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written preferred).
