Job Position – Sales Supervisor

Key Responsibilities :
1. Manage and develop territory team
2. Manage a team of Store Development marketers/ Merchandisers
3. Deliver group training and coaching as required including one-on-one coaching through route ride shadowing and “work with” sessions
4. Review progress versus objectives at weekly meetings and take corrective action as required
5. Develop individual subordinates through individual development plans
6. Set weekly and monthly sales targets for team for all SKU’s
7. Responsible for monthly targets within (RANGE)
8. Ensure CR’s are aware and responsible for collection targets on a weekly and monthly basis
9. Ensure clear communication and adherence to company pricing and distribution policies
10. Provide weekly and monthly reports to management regarding targets, distribution and any issues
11. Support successful execution of core work (deliver, backroom management, merchandising and POSM)
12. Acquire new business and increase customer base
13. Maintain a physical presence in the territory to ensure understanding of customer needs
14. Monitor and control the display agreement cost as per the budget
15. Creation, tracking, recording and reporting on budgets
16. Executive brand activation plans
Job Requirements:
1. Valid UAE Driving license
2. Computer knowledge including MS office
3. 4yrs plus Sales experience; preferably Food and Beverage industry for 4 + years in UAE ; University or College graduate preferred
4.Strong negotiation and must Agile
