Job Position – Sales Support Coordinator
Company Name – POSFIX Retail Display Solutions
A dedicated and detail-oriented (Philippine Lady) to join team.
Key responsibilities:
– Coordinating customer requests with Sales Managers, including preparing quotations and proforma invoices.
– Managing orders and invoicing processes efficiently.
– Handling various payment methods, including cash, checks, and bank transfers.
– Coordinating order assembly with our Production and Warehouse teams.
– Ensuring smooth order deliveries by liaising with customers and our logistics team.
– When necessary, meeting with walk-in showroom customers, addressing their requests, and providing assistance.
Candidate Requirements:
– Gender/Nationality: Female, Philippine
– Strong communication skills, including an excellent command of the English language.
– Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination within the UAE
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
