Job Position – Sales Support Executive

To join leading digital agency clients in the UAE. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team with operational tasks, proposal preparation, and administrative responsibilities. This position requires someone who is tech-savvy, able to leverage AI tools effectively, and has exceptional skills in presentations, administrative tasks, and proposal creation.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring seamless execution of sales activities.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing client communications, and maintaining sales records.
Collaborate with the business development function to create compelling and customized proposals for prospective clients.
Research and analyze client requirements to tailor proposals that align with their needs.
Utilize AI tools and technologies to enhance sales processes and improve efficiency in proposal creation and presentations.
Stay updated on the latest AI advancements and recommend tools that can be integrated into the sales workflow.
Develop visually engaging and persuasive sales presentations using advanced design and communication techniques.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales activities and client interactions.
Ensure timely follow-ups and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Proven experience in a similar role within a Tech/digital agency, or a related industry. Strong proficiency in leveraging AI tools for business processes.
Excellent skills in proposal creation, presentation development, and general administration. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
