Hiring for Salesforce Developer in Dubai
Duration : 1 year extendable to longterm
Location : Dubai Studio City (Onsite)
The role holder is responsible for developing, maintaining and documenting all systems/solutions in line with the enterprise architecture, operational procedures, work package specifications, business and performance requirements.
The role holder is also responsible for collaborating with the project management team and the Application Delivery leads in analyzing requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints and other ongoing initiatives.
System Design and Development
-Perform software development lifecycle tasks, including component analysis, design, and develop, testing and perform customizations as well as add-on components to existing software and on off-the-shelf packages to align functionality to requirements.
-Analyze user system and application needs, determine and evaluate potential solutions, develop system specifications and requirements, and design application programs to meet the requirements.
-Work closely with Enterprise Architect, Technical Lead, Senior Manager, Applications Delivery, Business Analysts and Project Managers to ensure adequate comprehension of requirements and application acceptance criteria.
-Produce detailed design and technical documentation as per established standards, as well as data maps and business process models as required to ensure adequate documentation that facilitates easy reference.
-Engage in peer code review and design sessions to ensure reliability, maintainability, and performance at all tiers in the application.
-Evaluate 3rd party software for integration into business support systems and portals.
-Contribute to the broad functional and technical expertise throughout the Department in the design and development efforts, including but not limited to architectural direction; user interface, user experience leadership, standards and applications development, best practices and resources.
-Responsible for ensuring adherence of all deliverables to appropriate standards and quality levels.
-Prepare technical design options; consult with hardware and software technicians on options and strategies.
-Evaluates the impact of new technology integration, upgrades, customization etc. on resource requirements, hardware and software requirements, costs, and return on IT investments and monitors the efficiency of applications with periodic checkpoints and value measurements.
