Job Position – Schedule Clerk
Company Name –
Key Responsibilities:
-Communicate with customers over the phone to schedule appointments, send email confirmations, and manage appointments for students.
-Resolve appointment conflicts for staff and Students
-Produce and process schedules and reports as they are requested by administrative staff and customers.
Scheduling appointments in a database
-Resolving scheduling conflicts
-Performing other administrative tasks when requited
Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
-Proven experience as a Schedule Clerk or similar role.
-Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Proficient in MS Office and scheduling software
-Excellent customer service skills
-Good verbal and written communication skills
