Job Position – School Facilities Assistant

Role & Responsibilities
Facilities Assistant would typically be responsible for various tasks related to the Student Transport Services, Campus Cleaning, Event arrangements and Administrative support of the school campus.
– Supervision of School Transport: This involves ensuring that school buses or transportation services are running smoothly and safely. You may need to coordinate schedules, monitor bus attendant performance, and address any issues related to transportation.
– Campus Cleaning: This includes overseeing cleaning staff or janitorial services to maintain a clean and safe environment for students and staff. Regular inspections and scheduling cleaning activities would be part of your responsibilities.
– Basic Admin Coordination: You may need to assist with administrative tasks such as managing school assets, coordinating with other staff members, and supporting various administrative functions within the school.
The role would require good organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle a variety of responsibilities to ensure the school operates efficiently and effectively.
UAE driving license would be an added advantage but not essential.
This is a support role to assist the Facilities & Operations Manager.
