Job Position – School Light Vehicle Driver

This role is essential in supporting the daily transportation needs of staff while ensuring the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and compliance.
As a School Driver – Light Vehicle, you will:
-Operate the school vehicle safely and efficiently in line with UAE laws and school policies
-Follow assigned routes for staff pick-up and drop-off, ensuring punctuality
-Ensure all passengers adhere to safety rules and maintain appropriate conduct
-Support in maintaining order and discipline during transportation
-Maintain accurate records including route sheets, time sheets, and incident reports
-Conduct daily vehicle safety and maintenance checks
-Report any maintenance or repair requirements promptly
-Oversee cleanliness of the vehicle and ensure it is well-maintained at all times
-Comply with all GEMS policies, procedures, and code of conduct

Qualifications & Requirements:
-Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License (Category 3)
-Clean driving record
-Good knowledge of UAE roads and traffic regulations
-Criminal record check clearance
Skills & Experience:
– Proven experience in driving light vehicles, preferably in a school or similar environment
-Ability to interact professionally with staff and school personnel
-Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and safety awareness
