– Communicate daily with overseas agents, airlines, GHA on timely manner updates.
– Daily shipments tracking and notify for any changes in routings, T/T, short shipments and keep records.
– Communicate with clients (emails/phone) and update on their shipments (pre-alerts, arrival, clearance and delivery).
– Liaise with customs clearance and delivery departments.
– Monitoring and reviewing all agents billing & shipping line costs, invoicing promptly based on agreed rates.
– Knowledge of Freight Forwarding ERP system, FLOTILA will be an advantage.
– Knowledge of INCOTERMS.Email : hr@gavaerixmar.com
