Job Position – Secondary Market Manager

What We’re Looking For:
-2-3+ years of experience in Dubai’s secondary (resale) market
-Proven track record of leading and managing a sales team in real estate
-Strong transaction history in villa communities, particularly:
– Dubai Hills Estate
– Arabian Ranches
– Tilal Al Ghaf
-Fluent in English (UK nationals preferred due to company profile)
-Excellent leadership skills with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
What’s on Offer?
Base salary: Up to AED 25,000 (DOE)
Override/commission on team performance
A leadership role in a dynamic, results-driven environment
Note: This role is focused on secondary sales – off-plan experience is not required.
