Job Position – Security Control Room Supervisor
To lead and manage our 24/7 Group Security Control Room operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in CCTV monitoring, incident management, and team leadership within retail and warehouse environments.
Location: JAFZA, Dubai
Work Mode: Shift-based (including nights and weekends)
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise daily operations of the Central Control Room and control room operators
– Ensure continuous live CCTV monitoring across all retail stores and warehouses
– Manage and escalate security, safety, and emergency incidents
– Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for security and safety communications
– Ensure accurate incident reporting and CCTV evidence management
– Coordinate with stores, warehouses, HSSE, and security teams
– Ensure compliance with SOPs and SIRA regulations
Requirements:
-5–7 years of experience in security or control room operations
-2–3 years of supervisory experience
-SIRA Security Supervisor Certification (Mandatory)
-SIRA CCTV / Security Systems certification
-Strong knowledge of CCTV and incident management
-Excellent communication and leadership skills
-Retail or warehouse security experience preferred
-English proficiency required (Arabic is an advantage)
