Job Position – Security Coordinator
Company Name – Spark
Entity: French multinational integrated Energy and Petroleum Company
Duration: be temporary until 31st December ( with an option for extension).
Salary: AED 22,500/-
Work: Abu Dhabi
-Update any new requirement from the HQ security department.
-Ensure VPSHR annual report completion and submission to HQ in accurate & timely manner.
-Assist the mission for CEO & COMEX members arrival (hotel audits, event site inspections, security plan & co-ordinate with concerned parties on the duration of event)
-Responsible for POB management / updates / accuracy
-Conduct inspection/Audit using the assessment tool from HQ to all existing site and issue reports with recommendations and follow up on them.
-Follow up and issue security reports.
-Preparing & updating security procedures which will include security plans for all sites in the UAE using the (security book) corporate tool
-Monitoring the security situation, follow up news (specifically current time)
-Inspection on hotels for events and accommodations
-Contribute to the ERCT roles as security officer.
-Ensure safe environment, secure premises, and personnel by conducting periodic audits, monitoring access points and surveillance equipment.
-Planning and implementing comprehensive security strategies
-Developing work schedules, allocating tasks, and monitoring security guards’ performance
-Keeping abreast of new technologies and advancements in security services
-Ensuring compliance with company guidelines, in addition to internal and external security regulations
-Update & conduct the security induction for new commers.
-Audit new sites/offices before the start of any project
Key Competencies and Experiences:
-Create/Update Security Procedures
-Develop and Implement a Security Induction for all newcomers.
-Conduct Security Audits in all entities in Abu Dhabi & UAE
-Implementation of security instructions from the head office
Additional Qualification:
-Bachelor’s Degree
-At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
-With Background in HSE and/or Security + Knowledge of security industry regulations.
-Computer skills, report writing,
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-All qualified candidates must be inside the UAE.
