Job Position – Senior Accountant

Are you an experienced accountant looking for your next opportunity?
With 5-8 years of experience in the Interior Fit-Out industry to join team in DIP 1, Dubai.
Location: DIP 1, Dubai
Salary: AED 10,000 – AED 12,000
Preferred Software: SAP
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
-Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions
-Prepare and analyze financial statements and monthly closing reports
-Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and other tax laws
-Handle cost control and project accounting for fit-out projects
-Reconcile bank statements, invoices, and expense reports
-Assist in internal and external audits
-Monitor cash flow management and recommend financial efficiencies
-Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to track project costs
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
– ACCA / CA certification (preferred)
– Strong knowledge of UAE tax laws, VAT, and financial regulations
– Proficiency in SAP (preferred)
