Job Position – Senior Accountant
Company Name – QBD
Location: Downtown Dubai
To join team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in general and project accounting, with strong knowledge of UAE VAT, IFRS and financial compliance. Proficiency in 1C is required and Salesforce integration experience is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
-General ledger management and financial reporting
-UAE VAT compliance and filings
-Strong understanding of IFRS and reporting standards
-Cash and bank management, including Escrow accounts
-Project accounting (real estate/construction focus)
-Systems and process improvement
Requirements:
-5+ years of accounting experience
-Proficiency in 1C
-Real estate development experience is advantageous
