Job Position – Senior Accountant – Receivables
Company Name – Admirals Trading
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Generating rebate credit notes and account statements.
– Performing account reconciliations and aging reports.
– Review Credit Limit, Credit Terms and monitor customer movement on regular basis.
– Working with the collections department to review accounts, client payments, credit
history, and develop new or better repayment terms.
– Bank Reconciliation(Cash, Cheque, Bank transfers) and passing Journal Entries for
necessary accounts.
– Reviewing KYC and creating customer code in ERP system.
– Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries of sales team.
REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Accounting.
– At least 5 year’s experience in a similar role in FMCG Trading industry.
– Strong math, typing, and computer skills, especially with bookkeeping software.
– Experience in JDE is an added advantage.
– Immediate joiner preferred.
