Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounting Manager to oversee our accounting team and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, team management, and proficiency in accounting software. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise a team of accountants, ensuring high performance and efficiency.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and client deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulations.
• Review and approve accounting work completed by the team to maintain accuracy and quality.
• Manage client relationships and address their financial inquiries professionally.
• Implement and improve accounting processes and workflows.
• Utilize and oversee work within accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho, and Xero.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as required.
• Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end closing processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, with at least 1 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho, and Xero.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
