Job Position – Senior Barista
This role is ideal for a passionate coffee professional with strong technical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
– High-level expertise in Latte Art (consistent, creative, and service-ready)
– Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and speed
– Strong experience with espresso-based beverages
– Solid knowledge of cold beverages, including:
Iced coffees
Ice teas
Japanese teas
Mocktails and non-alcoholic specialty drinks
Ensuring excellent customer experience and beverage presentation
– Maintaining hygiene, cleanliness, and bar standards
Requirements
– Proven experience as a Senior Barista (minimum experience required)
– Strong understanding of coffee extraction, milk texturing, and workflow
– Team player with a professional attitude
– Experience in high-volume or specialty coffee environments is a plus
