Job Position – Senior Civil Engineer

Experience Required:
-Minimum 15 years’ experience in general maintenance of buildings (Offices, Housing Complex, External Areas).
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
-Resource Management skills.
-Technical knowledge in engineering functions & procedures.
-Proficiency in MS Office & CAFM.
-Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
-Overseeing maintenance and repair projects for various facilities.
-Managing resources efficiently to ensure optimal operation and maintenance.
-Utilizing technical expertise to address and solve engineering challenges.
-Collaborating with team members to ensure high standards of work.
