Job Position – Senior Customer Service Executive

Hiring for an experienced Customer Service professional from the Shipping & Logistics industry to join our team as a Senior Executive – Customer Service.
What you’ll do:
-Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, handling queries and shipment updates
-Oversee booking, documentation, and end-to-end shipment handling with internal teams
-Resolve escalations and discrepancies with prompt, effective solutions
-Ensure accuracy and compliance in shipping documentation
-Mentor junior executives and share best practices
-Track KPIs, maintain client records, and prepare performance reports
-Identify market opportunities and support sales/partnership growth
What we’re looking for:
-Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Logistics, or a related field
-3–5 years of experience in Customer Service within the shipping/logistics industry
-Strong communication, decision-making, and mentoring skills
-Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems
-Attention to detail with the ability to multitask under pressure
-Candidates with RoRo and Projects/Breakbulk experience will be preferred
