Job Position – Senior ICT Budget & Contract Specialist

Qualification & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering/Science, Electronics Engineering, or any other appropriately relevant field
10 years of progressive experience in a directly related field with at least 6 years of professional experience in ICT budget, procurement and contracts in an enterprise level environment along with minimum 3 years in similarly relevant senior budget/contract specialist role with around the same team capacity and complexity of assigned tasks
Must have experience in writing effective contracts, technical scopes, RFP documents, non-disclosure agreements, call-off agreements for projects, support and license renewals, supply of equipment’s/spares, maintenance, subscriptions and manpower supply
Must have experience in leading the complete ICT budget planning cycle for CAPEX and OPEX budget related to projects & services, collate all ICT budget requests from business departments and ICT divisions, facilitate review of the requirements, obtain budgetary quotations and develop the annual budget
Must have experience with coordinating with contractors, third party vendors to guarantee terms of contracts are fulfilled in compliance with the contract terms and regulations. Control breach of contracts in a timely manner with proper escalations
Must be able to support the ICT team in reviewing of the technical proposals/bids and to carry out technical evaluation.
