Job Position – Senior IT Administrator

To lead our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, security, and growth. The ideal candidate will develop strategic plans, manage escalated cases, and oversee servers, network security, backups, and vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement IT infrastructure plans to support current and future growth
2. Attend escalated cases from L1 engineers and provide solutions
3. Manage HO servers (Standalone & VMware) and SIRA management (CCTV)
4. Configure firewalls for network security and execute regular backups
5. Administer endpoint security (Bitdefender), VMware backups, and NAS devices
6. Handle Etisalat and Du accounts, domain controller, and access point system
7. Oversee server migrations, vendor relationships, and IT asset management
8. Review firewall rules and security measures for new IT projects
9. Delegate tasks to L1 engineers, provide database support, and report on IT infrastructure needs
10. Manage IT implementation for new outlets and evaluate infrastructure requirements
Experience Required
– 5+ years in IT infrastructure or systems administration
– Experience with Pfsense firewall, Huawei Managed Switches, and VMware
– Strong knowledge of network security, backups, and endpoint management
– Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
– Experience in managing vendor relationships and IT projects
