Job Position – Senior IT Support Engineer
Location: Dubai, UAE
Qualifications:
– Immediate joiner
– Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
– 4–7 years of hands-on experience in IT Support / Desktop Support / End User Computing or similar role.
– Manage and maintain end-user devices, including laptops, desktops, printers, and iOS devices. Support Windows/macOS, Outlook/O365, Intune/ ABM, and common enterprise applications / basic understanding of security software and Active Directory
– MAC / IOS exp. mandatory
– Looking for a senior IT support Candidate with a valid driving license preferred because site visits and event support may be required
