Job Position – Senior IT Support Engineer

Looking for an experienced Senior IT Support Engineer with strong expertise in IT Infrastructure, Network Security, and Microsoft 365. Candidates must have UAE experience and be available to join immediately.
Key Skills Required:
– Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM), Autopilot, Endpoint Security
– Microsoft 365 & Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access
– Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy
– Firewall Management (FortiGate / Sophos / Cisco ASA)
– VLAN, Routing & Switching, Network Security
– Backup & Disaster Recovery (Veeam, Cloud Backup)
– Virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V)
– Strong troubleshooting & SLA-based support
