Job Position – Senior IT Transformation Consultant
Company Name – Ateca Consulting
Gulf Region on a 12 month contract for a major IT vendor.
Extensive experience in IT strategy development, business process optimization, and technology implementation.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business goals and objectives
Lead business process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Identify opportunities for technology-driven innovation and transformation
Provide guidance and direction to project teams to ensure successful project delivery
Conduct technology assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
Develop and implement change management plans to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for IT transformation initiatives
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of IT transformation initiatives and adjust strategies as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
10+ years of experience in IT strategy development, business process optimization, and technology implementation
Experience leading large-scale IT transformation initiatives
Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop effective solutions
Experience with IT governance frameworks, such as COBIT or ITIL, preferred
Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in IT transformation, such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and robotic process automation, preferred
