With a strong background in networking protocols, routers, switches, VPN/VLAN, routing (BGP/OSPF), and network monitoring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with firewalls, load balancers, and network configurations. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient network operations, maintaining customer satisfaction, and troubleshooting network issues.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide daily updates on ongoing operations and SLAs to customers.
-Resolve network incidents with a 90% resolution rate within 24 hours.
-Manage and execute customer tasks through calls, chats, and emails within agreed SLAs.
-Review alarms, alerts, and determine the criticality, prioritizing incidents accordingly.
-Configure and manage network monitoring tools, ensuring effective response to security incidents.
-Design and implement network infrastructure (LAN, SDWAN, WAN, routing protocols, firewalls, etc.).
-Configure WAF on Citrix/F5 and assist in VPN tunnel creation, troubleshooting, and security configurations.
-Support customer onboarding and configuration for Cisco ACI, VMware, firewalls, routers, and switches.
Required Skills:
-Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF).
-Experience with routers (Cisco ASR/ISR, Huawei ASR) and switches (Cisco Nexus, ACI).
– VPN, VLAN, SD-WAN, and firewall configuration experience (Fortigate, PaloAlto, ASA).
-Hands-on experience with WAF configurations (Citrix, F5), VPN tunnels, and –load balancers (Citrix Netscaler, F5).
-Proficient in network design, VLANs, QoS, ACLs, VRF, DHCP, and SNMP.
-Ticketing tools experience (HPSM, ManageEngine).
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
-Relevant certifications (CCNP, NSE, F5, etc.).
-Minimum of 1 year experience in telecom or IT infrastructure.
-Experience in telecom technologies (Voice & Data, Security, Data Centre, Cloud).
