Job Position – Senior Oracle PPM Consultant

Zone, a prominent IT services leader, is thrilled to announce an expansion within our team! We are actively looking for a skilled Senior Oracle PPM Consultant (EBS & Fusion) to be part of our dynamic workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion PPM implementations, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
– Manage cross-functional teams and facilitate stakeholder communication.
– Develop and execute detailed project plans encompassing scope definition, resource allocation, risk management, and project progress monitoring.
– Design comprehensive solutions for Project Financials, Project Execution, and Resource Management.
– Configure and enhance integrations between PPM, Oracle Financials, SCM, HCM, and external systems.
– Conduct workshops, gap analysis, and client interviews to gather functional and non-functional requirements.
– Define business processes, requirements, and KPIs.
– Offer post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
– Create training materials and lead user sessions for seamless adoption.
– Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge enhancement.
– Demonstrate strong analytical problem-solving skills, client presentation capabilities, and workshop facilitation expertise.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
– Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle PPM modules (EBS & Fusion Cloud).
– Profound knowledge of PPM-Finance/SCM integrations, such as GL, AP, AR, and Procurement.
– Experience in at least 3 full lifecycle implementations, including 1+ on Fusion PPM.
– Willingness to travel on-site for project requirements, including regional and international assignments.
