Job Position – Senior Project Coordinator

Lead BIM strategy, coordination, and design technology workflows across complex architectural projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead BIM strategy across projects, ensuring alignment with ISO 19650 standards and organizational best practices.
• Mentor and manage BIM specialists and coordinators, providing guidance, training, and performance oversight.
• Oversee development, management, and optimization of Revit models for complex, multidisciplinary projects.
• Ensure effective interdisciplinary coordination through federated models, clash detection, and model health audits using Navisworks or BIMcollab.
• Drive adoption of computational and parametric design tools such as Dynamo, Rhino, and Grasshopper.
• Collaborate with visualization teams to integrate BIM data into Enscape, Twinmotion, Lumion, and AI?assisted design platforms.
• Standardize and enforce BIM protocols, templates, libraries, and naming conventions across all projects.
• Manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) to ensure documentation accuracy, version control, and traceability.
• Stay updated on emerging BIM technologies and lead continuous improvement of workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of professional BIM experience, including 3–5 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Expert?level proficiency in Autodesk Revit with a strong portfolio of complex project delivery.
• Advanced knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper, and Dynamo; experience with AI?assisted design or real?time visualization tools is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of ISO 19650, BIM execution planning, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Proven leadership, mentoring capability, and strong stakeholder management skills.
