Job Position – Senior Project Manager

Location: Dubai
Experience: 15–19 years (Minimum 8+ years in core Project Management)
Domain: Software Development Projects (Airline industry experience is a plus)
Key Requirements:
PMP Certification (mandatory)
Agile Certification (highly desirable)
Strong experience with Agile & Waterfall methodologies
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
5+ years managing IT/Software Development projects
Previous hands-on experience in software engineering is a big plus
Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and monitor projects in Agile and Waterfall frameworks
Drive stakeholder engagement and multi-disciplinary collaboration
Lead RFP processes, vendor evaluation, and contracting
Establish project governance and ensure alignment with business goals
Track project performance, manage risks, and control scope/cost/timeline
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and ensure project transparency
Conduct post-project reviews to capture learnings and improvements
