Job Position – Senior QC Engineer

For project delivery across projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in snagging, inspections, stakeholder coordination, and client management, ensuring a seamless transition from construction completion to customer possession.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end unit handover operations, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery aligned with company standards.
Lead pre-handover inspections and snagging activities, coordinating with contractors and QA/QC teams for effective closure.
Oversee unit readiness, including final finishes, cleanliness, staging, and presentation prior to client possession.
Act as a key escalation point for client concerns, ensuring prompt and effective resolution while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (CRM, Sales, Finance, Project Teams) to ensure seamless coordination and reporting.
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, turnaround time, and overall customer experience.
Manage Defects Liability Period (DLP) processes, ensuring timely resolution of post-handover issues.
Monitor quality trends, identify recurring defects, and work with project teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in real estate handover, QA/QC, or project closeout roles.
Strong experience in snagging, inspections, and contractor coordination.
Proven ability to manage high-volume handovers in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage and scale teams.
