Job Position – Senior Quantity Surveyor
Company Name – Dewan Architects
Dubai-based
-Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
-Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in a leadership role within a multidisciplinary consultancy, preferably within the GCC region.
-Strong site-based experience with in-depth knowledge of post-contract supervision practices.
-Professional membership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
-Proficient in computer applications, with working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, and MS
Office programs.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
-Solid understanding of FIDIC Conditions of Contract.
