Senior Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

•Prepare, review, and manage cost estimates, budgets, and tenders for construction projects.

•Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and ensure accurate cost forecasting.

•Handle contracts, variations, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

•Analyze project specifications and provide cost-saving solutions without compromising quality.

•Prepare and present regular reports on financial progress and cost management.

•Collaborate with project teams to resolve contractual and commercial issues.

•Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in all financial and contractual processes.

•Evaluate subcontractor and supplier agreements to secure favorable terms.

Qualifications and Skills:

•Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
